Armed with a law degree, Kelly’s contract negotiation skills are invaluable to her clients and offers peace of mind when securing venues & vendors for programs. Using her vast experience in meeting & event management, Kelly is considered an expert in her field, a skilled communicator and a savvy problem solver.
Kelly’s primary responsibility over the past several years was serving as a contract event planner for YPO (Young President’s Organization), customizing educational programs which focus on members’ personal and professional development. These planned programs included educational seminars, roundtables, annual leadership conferences, executive retreats and corporate events/meetings in many destinations around the world. She also provided food & beverage consulting and critical guidance to the International Bar Association for many years for numerous high-level events.
Kelly got her start managing family businesses for over 20 years and is well-versed in standard practices for hospitality operations & facilities management. During her time as Director of Operations for a large $200 million gaming facility she cultivated her passion for first-class service and a non-stop desire to improve product and experiences.
Executive coaching is also one of Kelly’s passions. Kelly travels the globe working with CEOs and Presidents of multi-national companies and is privy to their “best practices” for personal and professional success. Along the way, she has been hired by them to coach their direct reports and their sons and daughters. She also spends a great deal of her time coaching their spouse/partners as they prepare for their own “next chapter.”
As an active member of numerous membership & alumni organizations, some of which Kelly holds leadership positions for, Kelly serves the community as a dedicated volunteer for the causes she is most passionate about. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling, seeking out the best culinary experiences in cities around the world, spending time with her family and friends, and continually creates opportunities for executive networking.
